My mother, Eleanore Bradford, lived at Knollwood from 2014 until her passing in 2020 at 98. She experienced all levels of care, from independent living through hospice. At every stage, she received the most conscientious and loving care from caregivers. Their warmth and concern for her comfort, both physical and spiritual, truly made the best of her final chapter. One example that stands out is when she had to stay temporarily in the memory care unit while awaiting a move. The caregivers were particularly sensitive to the fact that she had no memory issues and was not comfortable in that unit. We were so touched by their sensitivity that we threw them a picnic. I will also be eternally grateful for their care in her final days, just as COVID threw a wrench into everyone's life. While Knollwood staff faced tremendous challenges, they helped us spend our final days with Mom with dignity. With eternal gratitude,
