And, because of our donor-supported Financial Assistance Fund—which is sustained by concerned residents, corporations, and foundations—Knollwood residents who fall into financial hardship will always be able to remain at the community.
Meet Thomas.
See that happy, familiar face behind the Knollwood front desk? That’s Thomas Ridgely. He has been with Knollwood for the last 9 years, many of them as Front-Desk Lead Receptionist. In 2022, Thomas took on more responsibility and currently serves as the community’s Independent Life Manager. In addition to his many responsibilities, he loves making residents smile. Between his friendly demeanor and infectious positivity, he leaves a bright spot in everyone’s day.
